| Midday: | Check into your accommodation and have a refreshing light lunch at the Lodge. Enjoy a lazy afternoon swimming or resting before a thrilling night safari. |
| Late Afternoon: | Depart for a private concession area within the Kruger Park and enjoy your first night safari, complete with relaxing sundown drinks. |

| Early Morning: | Help yourself to coffee or tea before departing for a full day Kruger Park safari. Guides will stop for a breakfast at one of Kruger’s rest camps at around 9 am, before continuing on safari. |
| Midday: | The Guide will stop for lunch at a Kruger rest camp. While here you can enjoy some curio shopping and lunch, before continuing on your safari. |
| Late Afternoon: | Arrive back at the lodge and enjoy a swim, a walk, or a lazy afternoon in your air-conditioned room. You can also enjoy a cocktail by the pool. |
| Evening: | Dinner starts at 18:30 pm. Be sure to have a glass of South African wine you’re your Traditional African meal. |

| Midday: | The Guide will return to the lodge at around 11.30 am. From here guests meet the transfer vehicle for their journey back to Johannesburg. |

Guests will be collected from various lodges and hotels within a 5 km radius of the OR Tambo International Airport between 6:30 am and 6:45 am, and then from the OR Tambo International Airport shuttle and bus terminal between 6:45 and 7:00 am. We depart for the Kruger at 7:15 am.
Clients can alternatively fly directly into Skukuza in the Kruger National Park, or they can fly to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and be collected by a Kurt Safari Guide at no additional cost.

Please note that these are shared departures. We will travel directly to the lodge in Hazyview and arrive between 11:30 am – 12:00 pm. Guests will have time to relax, unpack and enjoy a light lunch, cool off in the pool or walk around the beautiful lodge walking trails. We depart at around 15:45 pm for a Sunset / Night safari in a concession area of the Kruger National Park before returning to the lodge at approximately 20:00 pm for a delicious dinner and a good night’s rest.

Mpumalanga means the place of the rising sun and is the first province in South Africa to see the sun rise and all of the best Kruger National Park safaris start before sun is up. This is the ideal time of day to enter the park, as it is still cool outside. Not knowing what to expect, after a short drive to the park, we enter the gates and your guide will take you to some of the best areas of the park to find the wildlife including the Big 5 and plains game. This is also the finest time of the day to see predators.
The lodge will arrange breakfast packs and your guide will stop about 3 hours into the safari for a breakfast and bathroom break, and chance to get coffee. We then continue the safari. The beautiful Kruger Park offers a variety of eco zones and area is home to different types of wildlife. We visit rivers and watering holes as well as Plains and Bushveld regions, ensuring that our guests get to see a wide range of animals.
After more time exploring, we stop for lunch at a rest camp. This meal will be on your own account. While in the rest camp you will have time to do some curio shopping or enjoy a cold beer! The guide will then continue with the safari, taking the roads that will lead back to your lodge. We arrive at around 15:30 pm – 16:00 pm, giving you enough time to relax, swim and have a great dinner.

During this morning Kruger Park safari we again depart the lodge before sunrise. Your guide will focus on finding animals we couldn’t find on the first 2 safaris. We always hope to see lion and leopard as they are most active in the early mornings.
We will stop during the course of the morning to have a packed breakfast. After a short breakfast and coffee stop, we will continue with the safari returning to the lodge at around 12 pm.
Here you can say goodbye to your guide and freshen up before the journey back to Johannesburg. Clients are collected by the shuttle at around 12:30 pm, and we return to Johannesburg OR Tambo shuttle terminal and lodges within a 5 km radius, arriving between 17:00 – 18:00 pm.
NB: Clients flying out of OR Tambo International on the last day should please not book their flight any earlier than 20:00 pm for Domestic flights and 21:00 pm for International flights.
