Appearance
The spotted bush snake has a very thin body with a flat unique head and has a very long tail. The snake is bright and its colors is green to olive with dark spots, the spots become grey-bronze towards its tail. The head can be green or a green-blue.
Diet
This snake loves to prey on small animals like tree frogs, geckos and chameleons
Distribution
The spotted bush snake can be found in the northern district , reaching the Kalahari and Northern Cape. They are also found in the west of Namaqualand and in the east of Port Elizabeth. You can also find them through the central Afica towards Sudan and Guinea.
Breeding
They lay eggs during midsummer and clusters can have 3-12 enlarged eggs.
