Appearance

The Rhombic Egg-Eater is a slender, strong snake with a short rounded head with a short tail, males usually have shorter tails. They are slightly grey, light brown or even olive-brown, with darker smudges complemented by narrow dark lines. Their mouths are 

Diet

They only eat eggs, they regurgitate the shell after the egg contents have passed through the stomach. 

Distribution

They are found throughout the country, the north of Sudan and in the west of Gambia. 

Breeding

The Rhombic Egg-Eater lays 6-25 eggs during summer, the eggs hatch between 80-90 days.
