We\u2019ve mentioned all kinds of accommodation before, but in this blog we\u2019ll be condensing the information so that your planning can be made that little bit easier. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are several different options when it comes to accommodation in the Kruger National Park.\u00a0 There are very luxurious places to stay and there are also simple structures and for the wild at heart, there is camping.\u00a0 Every camp does not have all the different options of accommodation, so It\u2019s just to plan ahead to avoid disappointment.\u00a0 It is good to note that all accommodation is services by the Kruger National Parks own cleaning staff.\u00a0 The ablution and kitchen facilities in the camps are also cleaned daily by the cleaning staff.\u00a0\u00a0 With the exception of private camping, all bedding is supplied by the Kruger National park.\u00a0 When making a booking, ask whether the accommodation also has cooking utensils and a refrigerator.\u00a0 Most of the accommodation does, but its best to make sure.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kurtsafari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Kruger-National-Park-Accommodation-Revisited-img.webp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Camping<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Camping sites in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kurtsafari.com\/uk\/\">Kruger National Park<\/a> cater for caravans or tents.\u00a0 With the exception of Balule and Punda Maria, all camping sites have power points.\u00a0 Some of the rest camps camping sites also have designated boundaries and some even have their own water taps.\u00a0 All camping sites have fully functional kitchen and ablution facilities that are cleaned daily by Kruger National Park staff.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Huts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When it says Hut, this refers to a simple round structure, consisting of a single room.\u00a0 The kitchen and ablution facilities are communal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Safari Tents<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safari tents consist of two different types.\u00a0 It would be in your best interest to find out which one you are booking ahead of time, so that you know what you might need to take with you.\u00a0 Both kinds of safari tents are canvas tents, secured on a permanent platform.\u00a0 Some of these tents are more luxurious and fully equipped and with some you will have to make use of the communal ablutions and kitchen facilities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bungalows<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are several different styles of bungalows, from the rather basic single bedroom units that also have a bathroom, but you have to make use of the communal kitchen, to a little more luxurious and have a little kitchenette and basic kitchen utensils.\u00a0 It\u2019s a good idea to find out ahead of time what to expect from the bungalow you have booked.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kurtsafari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/5afcc891825d2bc8e69f321a9e05ee2d.webp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cottages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>When it comes to cottages, there are three different varieties to choose from.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cottage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The simplest of the cottages consists of a single bedroom unit.\u00a0 This cottage also has its own bathroom, living room and kitchen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Family Cottage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The family cottage is larger than the cottage and consists of a living room, bathroom and kitchen.\u00a0 Family cottages also have multiple bedrooms.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Guest Cottage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guest cottages are more spacious that the family cottage..\u00a0 The master bedroom normally has an en-suite bathroom, multiple bedrooms and a second bathroom.\u00a0 Guest cottages also have a living room and fully equipped kitchen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Guest House<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guest houses are home from home.\u00a0 These multiple bedroom units come with multiple bathrooms a proper sized lounge area, a kitchen that is fully equipped and often with a bar facility and\/or exclusive view.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Book an unforgettable trip to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kurtsafari.com\/uk\/\">Kruger National Park<\/a> and see why so many people continue to fall in love with South Africa\u2019s oldest conservation park. <\/strong><\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When planning your Kruger Park trip you will undoubtedly have had a look at all of the various accommodation options available.
