Day 1: Airport Pick up and Panorama Tour with Dinner

Collection at OR Tambo International airport or surrounding lodges will be between 6:00 – 7:30 am. Our offices will advise clients of the pickup time the day before. Today clients will follow the picturesque Panorama route, heading past unique small towns like Dullstroom & Lydenburg.

They will visit the Blyde River Canyon (the world’s 3rd largest canyon), as well as Bourke’s Luck potholes, followed by Lisbon Falls as well as the famous God’s Window. They will enjoy lunch en-route.

The last stop is a peaceful little town called Graskop where clients will enjoy a wide variety of curio shopping before heading to our accommodation for the next few nights, arriving late afternoon. Leisure time is enjoyed after dinner before the next day’s safari.

Day 2&3: Breakfasts, Full Day Safaris and Dinners

Today we will leave the lodge early with breakfast packs. Having the same guide for 2 days will guarantee the greatest chances of seeing diverse wildlife in different areas of Kruger. Your guide will stop for breakfast & lunch at different rest camps. You will arrive at your lodge around 15:30 – 16:00 pm for leisure time before dinner.

Day 4: Breakfast, final Safari and departure

Leaving early the following morning from the lodge and embarking on the final safari, we come into the Kruger just as the sun rises. Breakfast is pre-packed by the lodge and relished along the way. The safari lasts on until 12:00 PM when we then leave the Kruger to gather our luggage at the lodge. Guests will travel in air-conditioned vehicles to the shuttle terminal at OR Tambo or taken to nearby lodges (within a 5 KM distance from the airport), arriving at around 5 or 6 PM.

Clients who will be flying out of OR Tambo on the last day of their safari should book flights no earlier than 19:00 PM, when travelling domestically, and 20:00 PM for international flights. Clients should take note that we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the airport.
